By submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
BOOKING TERMS
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date and order. No order is confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The deposit allows us to purchase materials and supplies necessary to create your custom balloon arrangement.
• Orders totaling less than $60 must be paid in full at the time of booking.
• Once a deposit has been submitted, changes to the design, colors, personalization, or event date may not be accommodated. Please carefully review all order details before submitting payment.
• In certain circumstances, event dates may be transferred to another available date at the discretion of Balloons by Tracy.
• The remaining balance is due no later than three days prior to the 48-hour balloon design. Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your order, forfeiture of your deposit, and refusal of future bookings.

Any applicable processing fees are the responsibility of the client.
BALLOON DESIGNS
• Balloons by Tracy uses only professional-grade, high-quality balloons and materials.
• We do not guarantee the quality or longevity of balloons supplied by customers and reserve the right to refuse the use of outside products.
• Balloon designs are custom-made. Colors, styles, and personalization are finalized at the time of booking.
• Additional items or upgrades may be added when possible and may result in additional charges.
We can provide suggestions for items available on Amazon. You may either purchase the item yourself and have it shipped directly to us, or we can place the order on your behalf and invoice you for the cost of the item in advance.
You are also welcome to purchase an item from another retailer and have it shipped directly to us. To ensure the item will fit properly inside the Bobo balloon, all items must be approved by us before purchase.
We are happy to help you select an item that fits both your budget and balloon design.
Please note that we are not responsible for the quality, condition, or accuracy of any items purchased from Amazon or other retailers and shipped to us.
CLIENT PICKUP
• Orders must be picked up on the agreed-upon date and time.
• If you need to change your pickup time, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Balloons are inspected and prepared prior to pickup to ensure quality.
• Once balloons leave our possession, they become the responsibility of the client.
• When transporting balloons, ensure your vehicle is free of sharp objects and has adequate space.
• Balloons should not be left in a vehicle for extended periods. Extreme temperatures may cause balloons to expand, deflate, or become damaged.
• Balloons perform best at room temperature and should be taken indoors as soon as possible.
• Balloons and balloon fragments can present a choking hazard. Children should be supervised at all times.
• Care instructions will be provided with your order. Following these instructions will help maximize the life of your balloons.
• If a balloon fails due to a manufacturing defect within one hour of pickup, please contact us immediately and provide photos. If the issue is determined not to be caused by mishandling, a replacement or refund may be offered at our discretion.
CUSTOMIZATION & PERSONALIZATION
• Personalized balloons, gift tags, and custom designs are created based on the information provided by the client.
• Balloons by Tracy is not responsible for spelling errors, dates, names, or information approved by the client before production.
• Please review all proofs and order details carefully before approval.
WEATHER POLICY
• Outdoor balloon displays are subject to weather conditions.
• Excessive heat, cold, rain, snow, or wind can significantly affect balloon appearance and longevity.
• Balloons by Tracy is not responsible for damage caused by weather after pick-up.
PHOTOGRAPHY
• Balloons by Tracy reserves the right to photograph completed balloon arrangements and use those images for marketing, social media, advertising, and portfolio purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
LIABILITY
• Balloons by Tracy is not responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or losses resulting from improper handling, misuse, or failure to follow provided care instructions.
• Balloons by Tracy’s liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order.
