Important Ordering Information
To ensure every balloon receives the attention it deserves, all customer-provided items must be approved and received at least 4 days before your event and no later than 48 hours before we begin creating your balloon.
This allows us sufficient time to prepare, personalize, and assemble your custom balloon with the highest level of care and attention to detail.
